With an interdisciplinary, inter-provincial, and inter-institutional project the coordination of activities, management of funds, tracking of deliverables, reporting, and other enabling activities (e.g., coordination of roundtables, HQP training) will be key to our success. By staying organized on our milestones and budget ECCC reporting requirements can be managed more easily and on-boarding HQP can happen more smoothly.
