Anna-Maria Hubert, is an Assistant Professor in the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Law and is also an Associate Fellow at the Institute for Science, Innovation and Society at the University of Oxford. She is an expert on international law and as a former research associate at the Institute for Advanced Sustainability Studies (IASS) in Potsdam, Germany, studied the implications of geoengineering interventions in the global environment, mainly for the aim of counteracting climate change.
